Whilst we are confident about the quality and value for money of our products, we realize that there may be occasions when you wish to return or exchange an item.
When you order from our website, your debit or credit card or Paypal account pays us for the item(s) and you receive a confirmation email from us. You have entered into a contract with us to purchase the relevant item(s).
Please note that, under European legislation (among others Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented by relevant national laws of member states), you have the RIGHT TO CANCEL this contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that your order must return to us as nature intended i.e. in new, unused condition, with all tags still attached and in the original box/packaging.
Please note that items must be returned to us without evidence of use like washing, staining, lipstick on the collar, aftershave etc. If the item(s) is returned to us not in its original condition we may not accept the return.
In any case, you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receipt of the goods).
We will then refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, or earlier if possible.
Please note that, for your convenience, we have included returns labels in the box with your item(s).
Please also note that the cost of postage for returned items is paid by you. We would suggest that you use recorded delivery and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct these charges from any refund we send to you.
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
