Whilst we are confident about the quality and value for money of our products, we realize that there may be occasions when you wish to return or exchange an item.
When you order from our website, your debit or credit card or Paypal account pays us for the item(s) and you receive a confirmation email from us. You have entered into a contract with us to purchase the relevant item(s).

Please note that, under European legislation (among others Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented by relevant national laws of member states), you have the RIGHT TO CANCEL this contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you are unable to return the item(s) to us within 14 days you must notify us of your intention to cancel before the end of the 14 day right to cancel period, either by email or write to us at:
For your convenience, you can use the cancellation form here.
Please note that your order must return to us as nature intended i.e. in new, unused condition, with all tags still attached and in the original box/packaging.

We will then refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, or earlier if possible.
Please note that, for your convenience, we have included returns labels in the box with your item(s).

Please also note that the cost of postage for returned items is paid by you. We would suggest that you use recorded delivery and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct these charges from any refund we send to you.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If you need some help or have any questions please contact our Customer Services area who will be delighted to assist you.
As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition and in the original box/packaging, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned.

Shirts may be returned to us free of charge in the case of exchange for a different size of the same style. We will reimburse any postal costs incurred to your account/card.
Please note that we cannot exchange items for a different style of shirt. If you would like to change to a different style please return the initial order and order the new style via our website.

We endeavour to ensure that there are no errors in our website, including pricing errors.
For example, our standard shirt cost is GBP75 to GBP85-if we have made an obvious schoolboy error like publishing GBP7.5 or GBP750 (and this is not noticed by you), we will rectify the mistake as soon as possible but we will not be held to obvious errors against us - this clearly works by ways and for our mutual protection.
If we have made an error by sending you the wrong size or style of shirt, please return the item and accept our apologies-any postal costs incurred will be credited to your account/card.
We aim to not to have any disputes with our valued customers, but by accessing our website, please note that you accept that the laws of England and Wales govern all conditions of use and any disputes that may arise between yourself and Jack Carter and related companies.
